These Terms apply to Nexgig’s apps and websites, operated by Nexgig SOFTWARE DESIGN, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By using Nexgig, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 and provide accurate information. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us about suspected misuse. If acting for a company or venue, you must be authorised to do so.
Nexgig helps artists and venue teams manage rosters, bookings, schedules and invoices. Nexgig is not a party to agreements between users and does not organise or perform their events. Users are responsible for agreed services, fees, cancellations, permits and other obligations relating to their work.
Nexgig records invoices and payment statuses; it does not collect, hold or transfer booking payments. Marking an invoice as paid does not move money. Users are responsible for invoice accuracy and resolving payment or performance disputes with each other.
Do not use Nexgig for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment or infringement. Do not impersonate others, upload information you have no right to share, or attempt unauthorised access or interference with the service.
You retain ownership of content you upload and give Nexgig permission to store, process and display it as needed to provide the service. You must have the necessary rights to that content. This permission does not authorise us to use your photos in unrelated advertising.
Nexgig’s software, branding and original materials belong to Nexgig or its licensors. User information is supplied by users and is not a guarantee or endorsement by Nexgig. A venue verification badge indicates checks that the venue exists and its representative is authorised; it does not guarantee payment or performance.
Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Optional connections, such as Google Calendar and Apple or Google sign-in, also involve the relevant provider’s terms. Nexgig is not responsible for third-party services or websites.
You can delete your account through the app. If you have both an artist and manager profile, you can remove one and keep the other. Company ownership and membership may need to be addressed before deletion. See our Delete Account page for the process and records that remain.
We may restrict or terminate access for misuse, breaches of these Terms or activity that harms users or the service.
We work to keep Nexgig reliable, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. The service is provided as available. Users remain responsible for their own bookings and agreements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Nexgig is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, with disputes subject to the courts of Dubai, subject to any mandatory rights that apply.
We may update these Terms and will notify you of significant changes through the app or email before they take effect.
