Open Nexgig, sign in and open Settings. Choose the account deletion option and follow the confirmation steps. Read the confirmation carefully: removing one profile is different from deleting your whole account.
If you have both an artist and manager profile, you can remove one and keep the other. Deleting your last profile also deletes your login. If you own a company with other team members, contact support@nexgigapp.com about transferring ownership before deleting your manager profile. Leaving a company removes your access; the confirmation explains whether your login will also be deleted.
The deleted profile’s personal details are removed. Artist availability and private events are removed when the artist profile is deleted. Full account deletion also removes sign-in details, notifications, push-notification tokens and uploaded profile photos. Upcoming bookings for the deleted profile are cancelled.
Past booking records remain with your name replaced. Sent invoices and their files may remain as business and financial records, including the personal, business and bank details originally recorded. Some retained files require a review before they can be accessed again. Manager venues are deactivated. Certain company membership and security records may also remain.
Retention depends on the purpose of the record, business-record needs, applicable obligations and unresolved disputes. Deleted data can remain in backups until those backups are replaced.
Deleting your whole account removes your Google Calendar connection and imported calendar data from Nexgig, and we request revocation of access. Events previously added to Google Calendar may remain. To remove Nexgig-added events, disconnect Calendar first and choose the removal option. Emails already delivered, user-edited events and copies held elsewhere may remain.
Email support@nexgigapp.com from your account email address with the subject “Delete my account”. Tell us whether you want to remove one profile or your whole account. We will verify your identity and confirm when the request is completed. Never send your password.
