Nexgig is operated by Nexgig SOFTWARE DESIGN, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This policy explains how we handle personal information when you use our apps and websites. Contact support@nexgigapp.com with questions.
We collect account and contact details; artist, company and venue profiles; photos and links; bookings, schedules, availability, fees and reviews; invoices, uploaded files and any business or bank details you provide. We also receive information in support requests and information others enter when inviting you or arranging work with you.
If you request access on our website, we collect your name, email address, optional phone number and the venues or events you tell us you manage.
We collect technical information such as app and device details, identifiers, notification tokens, sign-in records and error reports. Diagnostics may include approximate location. We use photos and calendar features when you choose to use them.
We use information to operate accounts, rosters, bookings, calendars and invoicing; send service notifications; provide support; review access requests and contact you about onboarding; prevent misuse; and improve reliability. We do not sell personal information or use it for advertising across other companies’ apps and websites.
Your profile and work information may be visible to other users according to the feature, your settings and their role. Venue teams and artists receive information needed to arrange and manage their work. Invoices may contain business and bank details and are shared with the relevant billing recipients, including by email. Information you make visible through your profile or gig history may be seen by other users.
We use service providers for hosting, authentication, email, notifications, app delivery, address search and diagnostics. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or in connection with a business transfer.
Google Calendar is optional. If connected, Nexgig uses the selected calendar’s event times and titles to support scheduling and can add bookings to your calendar. For artists who connect Google Calendar, venue managers see only when you’re unavailable—not the titles or details of your personal calendar events.
You can disconnect Google Calendar. Events already exported or copied elsewhere may remain; use the removal option when disconnecting if you want Nexgig-added events removed. Apple and Google sign-in share the account information needed to sign you in, subject to your choices with those services.
Our main database is hosted in Frankfurt, Germany. Providers may process information in other countries. We use access controls and other safeguards to protect information, but no system is completely secure.
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service. You can delete your account in the app or remove one profile if you have both artist and manager profiles.
Some information remains after deletion, including booking history with your name replaced, invoices and their files, and certain company and security records. Retained invoices may still contain personal and bank details. Retention depends on the record’s purpose, business-record needs, applicable obligations and unresolved disputes. Deleted information can remain in backups until those backups are replaced. See our Delete Account page for details.
You can update your profile, manage notifications, hide your gig history where available and disconnect calendar access. Contact support@nexgigapp.com to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or raise a privacy concern. You may also request a copy or restriction of processing, or object to processing, where applicable. We may need to verify your identity.
Nexgig is for people aged 13 and over. Users under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian’s permission and supervision. We will notify you of significant changes to this policy through the app or email.
