Include a short description of the problem and, where helpful, your device type and a screenshot. Send account-related requests from the email address linked to your Nexgig account. Never include passwords, verification codes or full bank details.
To delete your account, use the account deletion option in Settings or follow our Delete Account page. For questions or requests about your personal information, contact the same support address.
